Quite a number of extra-judicial killings and tortures in these circumstances have been highlighted by the local media too. Against this background, the judgment of the Bayelsa State High Court, Nembe Division, sitting in Yenagoa, delivered by Justice Lucky Boufili sending killer policeman, Matthew Egheghe, to the gallows is most welcome. It is a bold statement that the law frowns at cruelty by uniformed officers of the state and that an appropriate premium is placed on life by the Nigerian state. The most reasonable comments so far are from “Omo Yoruba” “PolyGon2013″ and “OdionOdion.” The visit by the US ambassador to Nigeria, James Entwistle and Consul General To Lagos, Jeffrey Hawkins, is another confirmation that black people are the poorest people and race in the world not really because of corruption per se, but because we are the most stupid, gullible and naive race in the world.
What the US government is nothing but a gross interference in Nigerian politics. But, can we really blame the Americans? They are very much aware of the fact that Nigeria is a FAILED STATE, the biggest banana republic in the world, a very sick and doomed country ruled by incompetent, corrupt, visionless and morally bankrupt opportunists imposed on us by the British, French and Americans.
It’s now more than obvious that we, the Yoruba don’t have a leader. Bola Tinubu is a CIA agent and if care is not taken, the British and Americans will give him the “Abiola treatment.” We need to understand that Tinubu, Akande and their colleagues do not represent neither Yoruba’s nor Nigeria’s interests. They represent their own interests and are being used by the United States and Britain as fronts in order to continue expoiting Nigeria and make it more dependent on them. There is an urgent need for a new political power to emerge in the South-West that will wrestle power from Tinubu, Fashola and Akande. These people are ‘SLAVE TRADERS!’
As things stand today, it is very sad and disappointing to admit that there isn’t much difference between the PDP and APC. Sadly, out of all the bad options available today, jonathan badluck, is the least harmful.
