Osinbajo Will Be Buhari’s Running Mate In 2019, - Presidency

The Presidency, on Monday, confirmed that Acting President Yemi Osinbajo remains the choice of President Muhammadu Buhari as his running mate for the 2019 presidential election.
Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, said this in an interview with State House correspondents at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The presidential spokesman said the victories recorded by the ruling All Progressives Congress in legislative elections held in three states over the weekend were indications that victory is certain for the Buhari/Osinbajo presidential ticket in 2019.

A 22-year-old man, Yusuf Hassan, has been apprehended for chopping off the hand of his friend, Abubakar Umar, with a machete, during a fight over one Habiba, on Wednesday, in Dakwa, Abuja. Dailytrust quoted Umar as saying Habiba had relocated with her parents from Kaduna, some months ago, and that before they could get a room to rent, he gave his room to them as a temporary shelter and relocated to his friend’s room. “My friend, Yusuf, started developing interest in the lady.
