Etisalat Denies Selling Pre-registered SIM Cards ……

It was rumoured that TELECOM operator, Etisalat Nigeria was selling pre-registered SIM cards. Well...they have denied allegations that it was selling pre-registered SIM cards to the public.
The operators said that knowing the security implications and the huge cost such an activity could come with when the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, discovered, it would be foolhardy for any operator to take such a risk.
The operator was reacting to some media reports (not Vanguard) linking it to a promo that sells pre registered SIM cards.
The company, through its Vice President Regulatory and Corporate Affairs, Mr Ibrahim Dikko, issued a press statement to debunk the reports. Part of the statement reads: “Our attention has been drawn to an allegation that Etisalat agents are selling pre-registered SIM cards in some parts of the Lagos metropolis. We would like to state categorically that Etisalat does not condone, support or engage in any activity that contravenes laid down rules.
“Etisalat has communicated the rule against pre-registered SIMs to all its dealers and agents and we have put measures in place to ensure preregistered SIMs are not available on our network. In addition, we have trained supervisors in charge of SIM Registration who regularly carry out checks at the points of registration to ensure all agents follow laid down guidelines. Our policy is to hand over any agent found wanting to the appropriate security agency and we enforce this policy strictly.
“We reaffirm our total commitment to providing support to the relevant authorities to guard against the sale of pre-registered SIM cards by illegal sales promoters”. Dikko said that the purported promotion is false and advised the public to call a dedicated line 08099443291 to report any activity they see relating to selling of pre registered sims or the like, to enable necessary actions against the perpetrators.

Over Here Guys!; Mosanto Develops Revolutionary New Penis-Enlarging Corn Crop. (Must Read)

The multinational agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology corporation, Monsanto, announced this morning, that they had genetically engineered a modified corn crop, designed to help men have larger penises and longer-lasting erections. The company’s scientists used genes from a number of plants to create this surprising species of transgenic corn, described as “more efficient than any penis-enlarging pill”. They notably used genetic material from a plant native to Indonesia and Malaysia, called  Eurycoma Longifolia  or  Tongkat Ali , which is known for its ability to raise testosterone levels. They also used genes from watermelon, as its rind is a good natural source of citrulline, a dietary precursor which causes the penis to fill up nitric oxide. This relaxes the smooth muscle in blood vessels and erectile organs, augmenting the penis’ capacity for enlargement during erection. “Men will no longer have to pay hundreds of dollars to have larger penises”  says Dr. Fi
